Stands is a top-rated ad blocker on the Chrome Web Store and works great with all Chromium-based features.
1. Installation Steps:
Visit the Stands AdBlocker Chrome.
Click the Add to Chrome button.
In the pop-up confirmation, click Add extension.
Important: Once installed, we recommend "pinning" the Stands icon to your toolbar. Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions menu) and click the Pin icon next to Stands.
2. Managing Permissions: Under the new Manifest V3 rules, Chrome may ask for permission to "Read and change data" on websites. This is required for Stands to identify and remove ad code from the page. Stands does not record your personal history or passwords.
3. Updating the Extension: Chrome usually updates extensions automatically. To manually check for an update:
Go to
chrome://extensions/.Enable Developer mode (top right).
Click Update.
